Treat your gift card like cash. Max & Erma's Restaurants is not responsible for lost, stolen, or physically damaged or destroyed cards or for gift cards used without your permission. This card is not redeemable for cash except where prohibited by law. After 24 consecutive months of non-use, a service fee of $2 per month will be deducted from the remaining balance of this gift card unless prohibited by law.
